"Before we started working with Complete Computers, we had multiple vendors doing work on our network infrastructure with very little oversight from our IT Support Provider. We were struggling with having: No strategic plan for replacing/upgrading network infrastructure components. A Lack of emergency power for critical systems. PC’s, systems, servers, etc. not getting patches/updates. Outdated hardware/software. Software licensing issues. Adequate backup processes/procedures. Network monitoring tools not available. IT security not being addressed adequately. It was very difficult to get IT issues resolved quickly resulting in systems that support XNA employees and/or the general public being down. We’ve been extremely pleased with the progress made in the last couple of years.
