In 2003, Mark Spencer had a vision.
With a passion for technology and a heart for helping others, he founded Complete Computer Solutions (CCS) in the heart of Northwest Arkansas.

Together, the Spencer family continues to uphold the legacy Mark began two decades ago.
In 2017, Mark’s daughter, Marque Gandy, joined the team. Marque brings fresh ideas and a relentless drive to enhance customer experiences. Her leadership and vision quickly earned her the role of Operations Manager, where she continues to ensure that the business runs seamlessly.
In 2023, Mark’s son, Brent Spencer, brought his expertise to the company as well. Taking on the role of Virtual CIO, Brent provides strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of modern technology while protecting their businesses from cyber threats.
